Terms of service

The service

ADDIE is the client portal of the agency operated by Addie by inMotionMedia s. r. o., Záhradnícka 7, 811 07 Bratislava – Staré Mesto, IČO 44555253, DIČ 2820001316, IČ DPH SK2820001316, zapísaná v OR OS Bratislava I, oddiel Sro, vložka 56173/B. Clients see what we prepare for them, approve it, give feedback, assign tasks and message us. The portal is not a public social network; only invited client users get access.

Accounts and roles

An organization manager can approve, give feedback, assign tasks and connect business accounts. An employee can only read and download. Users are responsible for keeping their credentials confidential.

Connecting Facebook and Instagram

A manager can connect the organization with "Connect with Facebook". They choose which Pages and Instagram accounts we get access to and can revoke access at any time in the portal or in their Facebook settings.

We publish posts for your business only after your approval. We message your Page's customers only as part of the service you ordered, in line with Meta's policies.

Acceptable use

The portal must not be used for unlawful content, spam or to circumvent security. We may restrict access on violation.

Liability

We provide the portal with due care but without a guarantee of uninterrupted availability. We are not liable for outages of third-party services (for example Meta or Google). The extent of liability is governed by the contract with your business.

Termination

Either party may end the cooperation under the contract. On termination we revoke access and delete data according to the privacy policy.
