How to delete your Facebook and Instagram data

1. In the ADDIE portal: sign in as the organization manager and click "Disconnect" in the "Facebook and Instagram" card on the start page. We overwrite the access tokens immediately and delete the list of Pages.

2. On Facebook: Settings & privacy → Settings → Apps and websites → find the app → Remove. Facebook sends us a deletion request, we delete the data automatically and you receive a code to check the status on this page.

3. By e-mail: write to info@addie.sk from your account address. We handle the request within 30 days at the latest.

What is deleted

Facebook and Instagram access tokens, the IDs and names of connected Pages and accounts, and your app-scoped user ID. Other account data and cooperation content is deleted on request according to the privacy policy.
