Who processes the data

The ADDIE portal is operated by Addie by inMotionMedia s. r. o., Záhradnícka 7, 811 07 Bratislava – Staré Mesto, IČO 44555253, DIČ 2820001316, IČ DPH SK2820001316, zapísaná v OR OS Bratislava I, oddiel Sro, vložka 56173/B ("we"). Our clients use it to work with the agency: approving deliverables, giving feedback, tasks, messages and connecting their business accounts on social networks. Privacy contact: info@addie.sk.

What data we process

Account data: name, e-mail, phone (if given), role in the organization and sign-in records.

Content you create in the portal: feedback, tasks, messages, attachments and voice notes.

Facebook and Instagram data, if you connect your organization with "Connect with Facebook": your app-scoped user ID, name, the list of Facebook Pages and Instagram business accounts you granted us, their IDs and names, and access tokens for them. If you ask us to manage messages, also the messages your Page's customers send through Messenger or Instagram and our replies.

Technical data: IP address, browser type and security records (audit log).

How we use the data

To provide the service you order from us: publishing posts for your business after your approval, replying to your Page's customers on Messenger and Instagram on behalf of your business, campaign reports and communication with you.

We use Facebook and Instagram data only for your organization and only for the purpose you granted access for. We do not sell it, do not use it for third-party advertising or profiling, and share it with no one except the providers listed below.

Legal basis: performance of the contract with your business and our legitimate interest in operating the portal securely (Art. 6(1)(b) and (f) GDPR).

Who we share data with

Providers who run the service for us: hosting and database in the EU, e-mail delivery (Mailgun) and SMS (Twilio), and Meta Platforms when calling the APIs you authorized. All are bound by contract and process data only on our instructions.

How long we keep data

Account data and content for the duration of the cooperation and at most 12 months after, unless the law requires longer. Facebook access tokens are kept encrypted until you remove the connection; on removal we overwrite them immediately. Security records at most 12 months.

Security

Access tokens and passwords are stored encrypted in a vault, data is visible only to the signed-in organization and our agency, and every sensitive action is logged. Connections to the portal are encrypted (HTTPS).

Your rights

You have the right to access, rectification, erasure, restriction, portability and objection, and the right to lodge a complaint with the Slovak Data Protection Office. Send requests to info@addie.sk. Deleting Facebook data is described on the "Data deletion" page.

Cookies

We use only strictly necessary cookies for sign-in, security and the language choice. No third-party advertising or tracking cookies.
